ONE OK ROCK will bring the DETOX Asia Tour 2026 to Taipei Dome on April 25, 2026, becoming the first Japanese artist to headline a solo concert at the venue.

Launched in 2025, the DETOX World Tour has toured cities across the Americas, Europe, and Japan, drawing global attention through their live performances and music. The Taipei show will present the full DETOX tour production at this large-scale venue, offering a highly anticipated live rock experience for fans.

How To Purchase Tickets

1. This program's website only accepts purchases from members who have completed phone number and email verification. Before purchasing, please "join as a member" and complete the "phone number and email address" verification as soon as possible to proceed with the ticket purchase process. 2. To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".
3. After each order is successfully placed, a “Order Confirmation” email will be sent to you. Please note that due to various factors, the email may not be delivered successfully and is provided for notification purposes only. Not receiving the confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the transaction was unsuccessful.
   If you are unsure whether your order was successfully completed during the purchase process, please check your order status under “Orders” in your member account. All successful transactions will be displayed there.
   If you cannot find your order information or receive a notification stating that your order has expired or been canceled, it means the transaction was not successful and you will need to place a new order.
   If your payment fails, please try again using a credit card within the payment deadline.
4. For this program, purchasing tickets via FamilyMart's FamiPort is "automatic seat allocation". If you need to select seats yourself, please purchase tickets on the website.
5. The KKTIX system does not have a fixed ticket clearing time. Tickets not paid for within the deadline will be released for sale intermittently. Consumers can check if there are any available tickets released.
6. KKTIX Website Ticket Purchase：
   • Each KKTIX member can purchase up to 4 tickets.
   • Cathay United Bank CUBE Credit Card Priority Ticketing is exclusively available to Cathay United Bank CUBE credit cardholders. Other card types are not eligible. Priority ticketing is limited to CUBE credit cardholders who have successfully activated their physical cards.
   • System-assigned seating only will be available, subject to the areas actually opened for sale. Seat selection by area is not permitted. The system will automatically assign seats in the best available area for the selected ticket price and will prioritize adjacent seats. If adjacent seats are unavailable at the time of purchase, non-adjacent seats will be assigned based on the number of tickets selected.
   • Payment method: Credit card (VISA/MASTER/JCB)
   • To enhance online credit card payment security, the KKTIX ticketing system has implemented a more secure credit card 3D verification service. Members will receive an SMS verification code when purchasing tickets to ensure the card number belongs to the cardholder, providing a safer online transaction environment.    • Ticket collection method: FamilyMart ticket collection (handling fee of $30 per transaction, limited to 4 tickets, payable at FamilyMart convenience store counter)
   • Ticket Collection Period: Ticket pickup at FamilyMart FamiPort will be available starting 7 days before the event.

   • When choosing FamilyMart FamiPort ticket pickup, do not pick up tickets immediately after placing the order on the website. You need to wait until the ticket pickup time is open. You can pick up tickets at any time from the start of the ticket pickup period to the day before the event, avoiding peak times to save your valuable time.
7. FamilyMart FamiPort Ticket Purchase：
   • No need to join as a member, each order is limited to 4 tickets.
   • Automatic seat allocation by the system. After selecting the area, the system will automatically allocate to the most suitable area and seats for the ticket price purchased, which may differ from the selected area. You cannot choose the area or seats yourself.
   • Payment method: Cash only
   • Ticket collection method: Directly collect tickets at the FamilyMart convenience store counter after payment, no handling fee

   • After printing the payment slip at FamilyMart Convenience Store FamiPort, you must complete the payment at the counter within 10 minutes. If you fail to complete the payment and ticket collection within the specified time, the order will be canceled, and the originally purchased tickets will be released back into the system for resale.
   • Tickets purchased at FamilyMart Convenience Store are guaranteed only after completing the payment and ticket collection at the checkout. Please note that merely printing the payment slip does not guarantee the reservation of the tickets
8. Instructions for Disability Tickets：
   • Only available for purchase on the KKTIX website. Please complete the "disability identity verification" the day before the event goes on sale. Verification cannot be guaranteed on the day of sale. Accounts verified on the day of sale cannot be guaranteed to successfully purchase tickets.

   • Each disabled person, including a necessary companion, can purchase up to 2 tickets per event. The "necessary companion discount" must pass government identity verification to purchase companion tickets.
     
   • Disabled priority seats are allocated based on the areas, seats, and discounted prices planned by the organizer/venue and are available until sold out.

Accompanying persons must enter together with the ticket holder (tickets cannot be used alone) for verification purposes.
        
        

退票說明

根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以收到退票申請日(未取票)或郵戳(已取票)為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，範例如下：

• 2026/1/30購買，退票截止日為2026/2/2 (含)，2026/2/3 (含)起的退票不再受理
• 2026/1/31購買，退票截止日為2026/2/3 (含)，2026/2/4 (含)起的退票不再受理
• 未取票：如欲辦理退票請於退票期限內至以下連結填寫表單

Refund Procedures

According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of“Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:

• Tickets purchased on 2026/1/30 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2026/2/2. Tickets mailed out on and after 2026/2/3 for refund will NOT be accepted.
• Tickets purchased on 2026/1/31 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2026/2/3. Tickets mailed out on and after 2026/2/4 for refund will NOT be accepted.
• Uncollected Tickets: If you wish to request a refund, please complete the form at the link below within the refund period.

注 意 事 項

1. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
2. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法!
3. 一人一票、憑票入場，孩童亦需購票。
4. 票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
5. 如發生票券遺失，請向當地警察單位報案後取得核發「遺失物受理案件登記表」，於入場前出示該登記表及可證明確定座位之有效購買證明與身份證明文件，經現場確認無其他相同票券持有人就座(位)後方得入場。任意塗改、影印或套印、掃描複製票券，均屬無效票，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
6. 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
7. 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
8. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
9. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法!
10. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。
    
    

Notice

1. Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or other non-officially authorized KKTIX channels, nor through unknown ticket agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through these means. To avoid potential fraud or transaction disputes and ensure your rights, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any issues, including denied entry at the event.
2. Any form of ticket resale at a higher price, whether labeled as service fees, transportation fees, or other charges, is illegal. According to the Social Order Maintenance Act Article 64-2 and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1, reselling tickets above face value may result in fines ranging from ten to fifty times the ticket price, imposed by the local government. Do not attempt this.
3. Each person must hold a valid ticket for entry, including children.
4. Tickets are considered valuable documents; please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, burnt, or unrecognizable tickets will not be reissued.
5. If you lose your tickets, please report to the local police of the venue for a "Lost Item Report Form." Present the form along with valid proof of purchase and identification before entry. Entry will be granted after confirming no other ticket holder has the same ticket. Altered, photocopied, or scanned tickets are invalid. For more details, please contact KKTIX Customer Service Center.
6. Cameras, camcorders, DV recorders, and audio recorders are not allowed. Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited.
7. Outside food and beverages, metal objects, glass containers, PET bottles, laser pointers, fireworks, and other dangerous items are not allowed.
8. Each venue has its own entry regulations. Ticket holders must comply with these rules. Latecomers must follow the venue's regulations.
9. Consumers must use their real names and provide valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If purchasing on behalf of friends or family, you must obtain their consent. Using false information to buy tickets violates Article 210 of the Criminal Code ("Forgery of Private Documents") and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1-3, which states that using false information or other improper means to purchase tickets may result in up to three years imprisonment or a fine of up to NT$3 million. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel such orders immediately.
