入場注意事項

✦為現場安全考量並維護場館之草皮，一樓平面區請勿穿高跟鞋進入並禁止使用輪類器具進出(例：溜冰鞋、滑板、腳踏車、嬰兒推車...等)，敬請配合。

✦除視線不良區域外，其他座位入座後如有視線阻礙之情形，須在開演10分鐘內向現場工作人員提出。經工作人員判定如確認為視線不良座位者，將視情況調整座位；若無座位可以更換，消費者得辦理全額退票。若無提出者，視為同意該座位安排。

✦本場館2F看台有一定高度，如有懼高症者，建議評估自身狀況後再行購買。現場恕無法接受懼高因素退票。

 

Entry Guidelines

✦For safety reasons and to maintain the venue's turf, please refrain from wearing high-heeled shoes and using wheeled devices (e.g., roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, strollers, etc.) in the ground floor flat area.

✦Except for Restricted View Seats, if there are visibility issues after seating, please notify venue staffs within 10 minutes after the start of the event. If confirmed as a blocked view, seat adjustments will be made as appropriate. If no alternative seat is available, consumers may request a full refund. Failure to notify staffs implies acceptance of the seating arrangement.

✦There is a certain height of the balcony area on 2F. If you have a fear of heights, please evaluate your condition before purchasing tickets. No refunds will be given on-site for reasons related to fear of heights.

購 票 方 式 說 明

1. 本節目網站購票僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證之會員購買，購票前請先"加入會員"並盡早完成"手機號碼及電子郵件地址"驗證，以便進行購票流程。(進行手機號碼驗證，但收不到簡訊怎麼辦？請點我)
2. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您，在註冊會員或是結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到『訂單成立通知信』。
3. 訂單成立通知信可能因其他因素未能寄達，僅提供交易通知之用，未收到訂單成立通知信不代表交易沒有成功，又或是刷卡付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試刷卡（即便收到銀行的授權成功的簡訊或電子郵件），若訂單逾期取消，則表示訂單真的沒有成立，請再重新訂購。一旦無法確認於網站上的訂單是否交易成功，請至會員帳戶的"訂單"查詢您的消費資料，只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的票券明細，若查不到您所訂購的票券，表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。
4. 本節目在全家FamiPort購票為「自動配位」，若需自行選擇座位請於網站上購票。
5. KKTIX系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的票券就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意是否有釋出可售票券張數。

8. 身心障礙票券說明：

   • 每位身心障礙人士含陪同者僅限購最多2張票券，必要陪同者需同時入場，敬請下載「KKTIX購票刷卡單」。
   • 安排於 G04~G09 區，票價每席 NT$2,400 元。
   • 安排於 F01~F03 區，票價每席 NT$1,900 元。
   • 填妥表格後，連同身心障礙證明影本，傳真至(02)2777-3086，KKTIX不保證傳真成功便絕對能購得票券，訂單成立的順序依照收件順序為主。
   • 表格資料錯誤、缺漏、無法辨識與未傳真身心障礙證明者，不予受理。
   • 進場時敬請攜帶有效證件，未帶證件、資格不符者、或非本人者需補票價差額始得入場。

How To Purchase Tickets

1. This program's website only accepts purchases from members who have completed phone number and email verification. Before purchasing, please "join as a member" and complete the "phone number and email address" verification as soon as possible to proceed with the ticket purchase process. (If you do not receive the SMS for phone number verification, please click here.)
2. To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".
3. The order confirmation email may not be delivered due to other factors and is only for transaction notification purposes. Not receiving the order confirmation email does not mean the transaction was unsuccessful or the credit card payment failed. Please try to make the payment again within the payment deadline (even if you receive a successful authorization SMS or email from the bank). If the order is canceled due to expiration, it means the order was not successfully placed, and you will need to reorder. If you are unable to confirm the transaction status on the website, please check your purchase details in the "Orders" section of your member account. If you cannot find your purchased tickets, it means the transaction was unsuccessful, and you need to reorder.
4. For this program, purchasing tickets via FamilyMart's FamiPort is "automatic seat allocation". If you need to select seats yourself, please purchase tickets on the website.
5. The KKTIX system does not have a fixed ticket clearing time. Tickets not paid for within the deadline will be released for sale intermittently. Consumers can check if there are any available tickets released.
6. KKTIX Website Ticket Purchase：
   • Each KKTIX member can purchase up to 4 tickets.
   • When purchasing tickets, you can choose either "Select Seats Yourself/Computer-Assigned Seats." If you choose to select seats yourself, you can change your seats within the specified time. If there are no adjacent seats available at the moment, the system will allocate non-adjacent seats according to the number of tickets selected.
   • Payment method: Credit card (VISA/MASTER/JCB)
   • To enhance online credit card payment security, the KKTIX ticketing system has implemented a more secure credit card 3D verification service. Members will receive an SMS verification code when purchasing tickets to ensure the card number belongs to the cardholder, providing a safer online transaction environment.    • Ticket collection method: FamilyMart ticket collection (handling fee of $30 per transaction, limited to 4 tickets, payable at FamilyMart convenience store counter)

   • Please note for selecting FamilyMart FamiPort ticket collection: Do not attempt to collect tickets at FamilyMart immediately after completing the online purchase on the day of ticket sales. Due to system congestion, it may not be possible to collect tickets immediately. Tickets can be collected any time before the show as long as the purchase is successful. Please choose another day to collect tickets at FamilyMart.
7. FamilyMart FamiPort Ticket Purchase：
   • No need to join as a member, each order is limited to 4 tickets.
   • Automatic seat allocation by the system. After selecting the area, the system will automatically allocate to the most suitable area and seats for the ticket price purchased, which may differ from the selected area. You cannot choose the area or seats yourself.
   • Payment method: Cash only
   • Ticket collection method: Directly collect tickets at the FamilyMart convenience store counter after payment, no handling fee

   • After printing the payment slip at FamilyMart Convenience Store FamiPort, you must complete the payment at the counter within 10 minutes. If you fail to complete the payment and ticket collection within the specified time, the order will be canceled, and the originally purchased tickets will be released back into the system for resale.
   • Tickets purchased at FamilyMart Convenience Store are guaranteed only after completing the payment and ticket collection at the checkout. Please note that merely printing the payment slip does not guarantee the reservation of the tickets
8. Instructions for Disability Tickets：
   • Only accept fax orders, starting from 10 AM on 7/15 (Monday) for disability seats, limited quantity, while stocks last.
   • Each disabled person, including the companion, can purchase up to 2 tickets, and the necessary companion must enter at the same time. Please download the "KKTIX ticket purchase credit card form".
   • Arranged in G04~G09 area, ticket price NT$2,400 per seat.
   • Arranged in F01~F03 area, ticket price NT$1,900 per seat.
   • Complete the form and fax it with a copy of the disability certificate to (02) 2777-3086. KKTIX does not guarantee that successful faxing will definitely secure tickets. The order establishment order is based on the receipt order.
   • Forms with errors, omissions, illegible, or without a faxed disability certificate will not be accepted.
   • Please bring valid documents when entering. Those without documents, qualifications not met, or not the person themselves need to pay the price difference to enter.
   • Disabled persons and companions must enter at the same time with the same disability certificate for verification.

 

退票說明

根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以郵戳寄送日為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，範例如下：

• 2024/7/13購買，退票截止日為2024/7/16 (含)，2024/7/17 (含)起的郵戳退票不再受理

Refund Procedures

According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of“Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:

• Tickets purchased on 2024/7/13 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2024/7/16. Tickets mailed out on and after 2024/7/17 for refund will NOT be accepted.

In order to process your refund request, physical tickets must be mailed to KKTIX before the due date. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.

NOTE: If you choose Family Mart as ticket collect method, you will still need to pick up your ticket at Family Mart and send it to KKTIX.

 

注 意 事 項

1. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
2. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法!
3. 一人一票、憑票入場，孩童亦需購票。
4. 票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
5. 如遇票券毀損、滅失或遺失，主辦單位將依「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第七項「票券毀損、滅失及遺失之入場機制：主辦單位應提供消費者票券毀損、滅失及遺失時之入場機制並詳加說明。」之規定辦理，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
6. 如發生票券遺失，請向當地警察單位報案後取得核發「遺失物受理案件登記表」，於入場前出示該登記表及可證明確定座位之有效購買證明與身份證明文件，經現場確認無其他相同票券持有人就座(位)後方得入場。任意塗改、影印或套印、掃描複製票券，均屬無效票，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
7. 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
8. 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
9. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
10. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法!
11. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。
     

Notice

1. Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or other non-officially authorized KKTIX channels, nor through unknown ticket agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through these means. To avoid potential fraud or transaction disputes and ensure your rights, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any issues, including denied entry at the event.
2. Any form of ticket resale at a higher price, whether labeled as service fees, transportation fees, or other charges, is illegal. According to the Social Order Maintenance Act Article 64-2 and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1, reselling tickets above face value may result in fines ranging from ten to fifty times the ticket price, imposed by the local government. Do not attempt this.
3. Each person must hold a valid ticket for entry, including children.
4. Tickets are considered valuable documents; please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, burnt, or unrecognizable tickets will not be reissued.
5. In case of damaged, lost, or missing tickets, the organizer will follow the "Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions of Standardized Contract for Art Performance Tickets" Item 7, which states that the organizer must provide a mechanism for entry with damaged or lost tickets. Please contact KKTIX Customer Service Center for details.
6. If you lose your tickets, please report to the local police of the venue for a "Lost Item Report Form." Present the form along with valid proof of purchase and identification before entry. Entry will be granted after confirming no other ticket holder has the same ticket. Altered, photocopied, or scanned tickets are invalid. For more details, please contact KKTIX Customer Service Center.
7. Cameras, camcorders, DV recorders, and audio recorders are not allowed. Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited.
8. Outside food and beverages, metal objects, glass containers, PET bottles, laser pointers, fireworks, and other dangerous items are not allowed.
9. Each venue has its own entry regulations. Ticket holders must comply with these rules. Latecomers must follow the venue's regulations.
10. Consumers must use their real names and provide valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If purchasing on behalf of friends or family, you must obtain their consent. Using false information to buy tickets violates Article 210 of the Criminal Code ("Forgery of Private Documents") and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1-3, which states that using false information or other improper means to purchase tickets may result in up to three years imprisonment or a fine of up to NT$3 million. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel such orders immediately.
11. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. Once a ticket is successfully purchased, it is considered that you agree to all the aforementioned terms and conditions.
